White-label WordPress development is work an agency outsources and delivers to its own clients under its own brand. Stryx Collective works behind the scenes for agencies and freelancers on WordPress and Bricks builds, SEO, systems integration, hosting and maintenance, under a written agreement that protects the agency's client relationships. Your client sees only your agency, and Stryx never contacts them without your written consent.

Who partners with Stryx

  • Design and branding agencies that need websites built from their designs
  • Marketing agencies that need a development and technical SEO partner
  • Agencies that want hosting and maintenance for their clients' sites without running servers themselves
  • Freelancers who need extra capacity for larger projects

What Stryx does for agencies

  • Web design and development WordPress builds, usually on Bricks Builder with Automatic.css, from your designs or from a brief.
  • Automation and systems integration Forms into CRMs, data between systems and custom API integrations. See systems integration.
  • Digital marketing and SEO Technical SEO, content and on-page work for your clients' sites.
  • Hosting and maintenance WordPress hosting, updates, daily backups kept for 30 days, uptime monitoring, security monitoring, malware scans and plugin licensing. See website care plans.

How the arrangement works

Every partnership runs under a written white-label agreement:

  • Behind the scenes Stryx acts as your subcontractor. You keep the client relationship and all communication with the client.
  • Your brand Everything your client sees carries your agency's branding and makes no reference to Stryx.
  • No direct contact Stryx does not contact your client for support, sales or anything else without your written consent.
  • Non-circumvention Stryx does not solicit or accept work from your clients directly for 12 months after the engagement ends.
  • Revisions Two rounds of revisions per deliverable are included, within the agreed scope.
  • Ownership Intellectual property in the deliverables passes to your agency once they are paid for.
  • Data protection Personal information is handled under POPIA, with confidentiality obligations on both sides.
  • Flexible terms Fixed-scope projects, or monthly retainers that run month to month on 30 days' notice.
