Websites, SEO and ads for shops, restaurants and online stores
We build websites and online stores, run SEO and manage Google and Meta ads for retailers, makers, cafés and restaurants. Your customers want to see what you sell, where you are and when you are open, then buy or book in a few taps. We build sites that make that easy and get found nearby.
What shoppers and diners need from your site
Whether someone is looking for a gift, a coffee or a table for Friday night, they decide quickly. They want photos of the real thing, prices, opening hours, location and a way to buy, order or book without hunting for it. A slow site on a phone, or a menu stuck in a PDF, sends them somewhere else.

Online stores for retailers and makers
For shops and makers selling online, the store has to be fast, easy to manage and honest about delivery and returns. We build on the platform that fits how you sell, most often WooCommerce or Shopify, with local payment gateways, courier options and stock that stays in step with your physical shop. Read more on our e-commerce website design and WooCommerce development pages.
We pay particular attention to product pages, which do most of the selling: clear photos, sizes and materials, delivery times, reviews and a checkout with as few steps as possible.
Restaurant and café website design
A restaurant or café website has a short list of jobs: show the food and the space, put the menu on the page as text that phones and Google can read, show hours and directions, and take bookings or orders. We design sites that do those things well and are easy for your team to update when the menu or hours change.
Getting found nearby
Most searches for shops and places to eat are local and on a phone: "coffee shop near me", "handmade ceramics Durban", "bakery open Sunday". Your Google Business Profile, photos, reviews and opening hours decide whether you show up on the map. We set those up and keep them current as part of local SEO, alongside your website.
For online stores, SEO focuses on category and product pages, structured product data so prices and stock show in search results, and content that answers the questions buyers ask before they buy.
Ads that are measured in sales
Shopping and Performance Max campaigns put your products in front of people searching for them, and Meta ads reach people likely to buy. We set up conversion tracking first, so every campaign is judged on orders, bookings and revenue, not clicks. See our Google Ads service for details.
Who we work with
Our retail, food and e-commerce clients include The Clay Collection and Seedlings Coffee Shop. Every project is run by Ryan Cumming, the founder, from the first call to launch and after.
After launch
Stores need regular updates, security patches and backups, especially once orders come in every day. Our website care plans keep your site and checkout running, with help on hand when something needs changing.

Questions
Questions about working with us
Can't see yours? Ask Ryan directly and you'll get a straight answer, usually the same day.
Ask on WhatsAppShould my online store be on WooCommerce or Shopify?
Both work well. WooCommerce gives you more control and no platform fees on sales, and suits stores that want content and SEO built in. Shopify is quicker to run day to day and handles hosting for you. We recommend one based on your product range, payment and courier needs, and who will manage the store.
What should a restaurant website include?
Your menu as real text rather than a PDF, opening hours, location and parking, photos of the food and the space, and a way to book or order. Those are the details people look for first, and having them as text helps Google show them in search and on the map.
Can my website connect to my in-store stock?
Often, yes. Many point-of-sale systems can sync stock and products with WooCommerce or Shopify. We check what your system supports and set up the connection so you are not updating stock in two places.
How do I get my shop or café to show up on Google Maps?
Claim and complete your Google Business Profile with the right category, hours, photos and products or menu, keep your details consistent everywhere online, and collect reviews steadily. Your website should carry the same details and link to your profile. We handle all of this as part of local SEO.
Do you run Google Shopping and Meta ads for online stores?
Yes. We run Shopping, Performance Max and Meta campaigns with conversion tracking set up first, so results are reported as orders and revenue. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account.
