Not a Cayman agency, and we say so
We are not based in the Cayman Islands. Stryx Collective is a web design and SEO consultancy based in Salt Rock, Ballito, South Africa, and all our Cayman work is done remotely. The Cayman Islands is one of our two main markets, alongside South Africa.
If you want regular face-to-face meetings, a firm on the islands will suit you better. We suit a business that wants one specialist to plan, build, measure and look after its website. That person is Ryan Cumming, our founder.
Seven hours ahead, all year
Cayman is on UTC-5 with no daylight saving, so South Africa is 7 hours ahead all year. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 South African time, which is 1:00 to 10:00 in Cayman.
Calls are arranged at a time that suits both of us, and we aim to respond to requests promptly. The rest of the work does not need us both at a desk at once. Your site is built on a staging server and you follow progress in a client portal, so you can review it at any hour.

- Cayman projects and care plans are quoted in US dollars. A quote follows an initial discussion, and work starts once the agreement is signed and the invoice is paid.
- You choose the hosting region: the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom or South Africa.
- Where a project needs photography or video on the islands, we can bring in independent freelancers, scoped into the project. Ryan is open to travelling when the project and budget allow.
- On data protection we give guidelines only. We make no warranty that a site will be compliant, and you should consult your own legal counsel.
