Websites, SEO and Google Ads for hotels, lodges and luxury villas
Luxury Villa & Holiday Rental Websites
We design villa rental websites for single luxury villas, holiday homes and managed collections. Each property gets its own page with the details guests check before they commit: bedrooms and bed layouts, what is included, availability and how to book or enquire. Where you use a property management system, we connect the site to it.
A villa is booked differently from a hotel room
A villa stay is a bigger decision than a hotel night. The group is larger, the stay is longer and the total is higher. One person usually organises it for several others, and has to send them a link that convinces everyone.
So the questions are different. Does every couple get a proper bed? Is the pool private? How far is the beach on foot? Is there staff, and what do they do? Is the house free for our dates? A villa rental website has to answer all of that on the property page, before the guest has to ask.

What every property page needs
- Bedrooms one by one Bed sizes, which rooms have their own bathroom, and which suit children.
- How many it sleeps The comfortable number, not only the maximum.
- Photographs in a sensible order A walk through the house, with a floor plan if you have one.
- What is included Housekeeping, a chef, a concierge, airport transfers, and what costs extra.
- Location in plain terms Distances to the beach, shops and airport, with a map.
- Availability and terms Minimum stay, seasons, deposit and cancellation terms.
- House rules Events, pets, check-in and check-out.
Instant booking or enquiry
Both are valid, and many villa businesses need both. Instant booking suits standard stays where the rate and terms are fixed. Enquiry suits high-value villas where the owner wants to know who is coming, or where each stay is tailored.
We build either, or a mix per property. Enquiry forms ask for dates, group size and ages, so your first reply can be a quote and not another set of questions.
Connecting your property management system
If you manage your properties in a system such as Guesty or Hostaway, the website should read from it, not become a second copy you update by hand. We have connected websites to property management systems such as Guesty and Hostaway.
What is possible depends on the system. Guesty, for example, publishes a Booking Engine API that lets a custom website check live availability, request a price quote and create a reservation. With a connection like that, the calendar and rates on your site match your other channels, and the booking step can be designed as part of your site instead of being a generic widget. We check what your system and plan allow before we quote. Read more about hospitality systems integration.
Collections and single villas
A managed collection needs search and filters by dates, bedrooms, area and features, plus area pages that explain each neighbourhood or island to someone who has never been. It usually also needs a page for owners who are thinking of placing their property with you.
A single villa needs a smaller site that covers one house thoroughly, with a guide to the area around it.
Being found in search
Villa searches are specific: an area plus a feature, such as a beachfront villa with a pool or a house that sleeps twelve. A page per property and a page per area give those searches somewhere to land.
One thing to know: Google has a vacation rental structured data feature, but its own documentation says the feature is limited to sites that meet eligibility criteria and is written for sites already working with a Google Technical Account Manager. Most independent villa sites cannot rely on it, so we put the effort into the pages themselves. Our hotel and hospitality SEO page explains the approach.
Who we work with
We work with The Bliss Collection, luxury villa rentals in Cape Town, Bella Rocca, a beachfront villa rental in Grand Cayman, and Botanica, boutique guest cottages in Grand Cayman.

Questions
Questions about Luxury Villa & Holiday Rental Websites
Can't see yours? Ask Ryan directly and you'll get a straight answer, usually the same day.
Ask on WhatsAppCan the website show live availability from Guesty or Hostaway?
In most cases, yes. We have connected websites to property management systems such as Guesty and Hostaway. What can be shown and booked on your own site depends on the system and your plan, so we check that before we quote.
Should guests book instantly or enquire first?
It depends on the property. Instant booking suits standard stays with fixed rates and terms. Enquiry suits high-value villas where you want to know who is coming or tailor the stay. We can set this per property, so a collection can offer both.
Is a website worth it for a single villa?
Often, yes. Guests who find a villa on a platform frequently search its name afterwards, and repeat guests and referrals need somewhere to go. A single-villa site can be small: one thorough property page, an area guide and a way to book or enquire.
Do you build sites for villa management companies with many properties?
Yes. Collections need search and filters, area pages, a page per property and usually a page for prospective owners. We connect the site to your property management system so listings, rates and calendars are managed in one place.
Do we have to show the villa's exact address?
No. Many owners prefer to show the area and distances to the beach, shops and airport, and share the exact address after booking. We can set the map to show the general area only.
