Systems Integration & Automation
Stryx Collective connects the systems a business already runs on, so information moves between them without anyone retyping it. That covers sending website leads into a CRM, moving bookings into accounting software, and building custom API integrations between a website and a booking or payment system. Every integration is maintained after launch.
The problem this solves
Most businesses run on several systems: a website, a booking tool, a CRM, an accounting package, a payment gateway. Each one holds part of the picture, and someone ends up copying information from one to the next. That costs time and it is where mistakes come in.
Integration removes the copying. When something happens in one system, the right information arrives in the next one, in the format that system expects.

What Stryx connects
- Leads into a CRM An enquiry from your website goes straight into your CRM, with nothing to retype and no lead left sitting in an inbox.
- Data from one system into another Data is extracted from one system, prepared so that it fits the next, and pushed across. Stryx has mapped bookings in Bookem to the right items and accounts and sent them into Xero using Make.com.
- Custom API integrations Where no ready-made connector exists, Stryx builds one. Stryx has connected a WordPress website to a property management system with a custom integration, so a website enquiry arrives in the same inbox as every other booking request.
- Hospitality systems Property management systems such as Hostaway and Guesty, the Transaction Junction payment gateway, and WordPress.
The best tool for the job
No tool is chosen in advance. Some integrations are best built on an automation platform such as Make.com, which connects systems that already have connectors and reshapes the data in between. Others need a custom API integration, written for two specific systems. The choice is made per project, for that use case.
By industry
- Hospitality: property management systems, booking engines, payments and your website.
For agencies
Integration work is also available white-label, done behind the scenes for another agency's client. See partners.
After it is built
An integration is not finished on the day it goes live. The systems on either side change, and so does the business. Stryx maintains every integration it builds and adapts it as your needs change.
That is a monthly service. The fee depends on the scope of the integration.
Pricing
The build is quoted per project, and maintenance is a monthly fee. Both depend on what is being connected, so pricing starts with a look at the systems you use.
How it works
How an integration project runs
- 01
Map the systems
What each system holds, what needs to move, and where it needs to go.
- 02
Choose the route
An automation platform such as Make.com, or a custom API integration, depending on the systems and the use case.
- 03
Build and test
The integration is built and tested before it is relied on.
- 04
Go live
The first runs are watched so problems are caught early.
- 05
Maintain
The integration is looked after each month and adapted as the business changes.

Ask on WhatsAppWhat is systems integration?
It is connecting separate software systems so that information passes between them automatically, in the format each one expects, with no manual copying.
Can you connect my website forms to my CRM?
Yes. Website enquiries can be sent straight into your CRM so that leads are not retyped or missed.
Which tools do you use?
The best tool for the specific use case. That can be an automation platform such as Make.com or a custom API integration, and it is chosen per project.
Can you integrate Hostaway or Guesty with a WordPress website?
Yes. Stryx has built WordPress integrations with both Guesty and Hostaway. What can be connected depends on your set-up, so it starts with a look at the systems you use.
Can you get data from my booking system into Xero?
Yes, where the booking system allows the data out. Stryx has done this from Bookem to Xero using Make.com.
Do you maintain integrations after they are built?
Yes. Stryx maintains every integration it builds and adapts it as the business changes. This is a monthly fee that depends on the scope.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. Integration work is done remotely for clients in South Africa, the Cayman Islands and elsewhere.
