How the work runs
- A quote follows an initial discussion. Work starts once the agreement is signed and the invoice is paid.
- Every website project starts with research: goals, audience, keywords, competitors and content gaps.
- A typical website project takes about 6 to 8 weeks.
- Sites are designed desktop-down and built to rescale to every screen size.
- Sites are built on a staging server before they go live.
- Tracking for enquiries, calls and bookings is set up at launch.
- Old URLs are redirected when a site is replaced.
- Clients follow their project in a client portal.
- Taking over an existing site starts with an audit. A rebuild is recommended only if it is needed.
SEO, Google Ads and care plans
- SEO is a monthly service. Results are measured on enquiries, calls and bookings.
- Stryx Collective does not buy links, does not publish mass-generated copy and does not guarantee rankings.
- Google Ads management is a monthly retainer based on scope. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to the client, and accounts are set up in the client's name.
- There are three care plans: Hosting, Premium and Pro. They are the same in every market and run month to month, with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
- Care plan clients choose their hosting region: the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom or South Africa.
