Website maintenance is universal to any website platform. Some platforms require more maintenance than others, but all of them require some degree of upkeep to keep them up-to-date, secure and running efficiently.
The most popular platform that requires web maintenance is WordPress.
How do I request a content update on my site?
When you subscribe to our Website maintenance plans we will provide you with direct communication channels that you can use to send update requests to us. The main channels are Whatsapp and email to keep it easy for you to get in touch with us.
How long are turnaround times on content updates?
We will endeavour to have all requests processed as quickly as possible. Most requests are processed within 2 business days but often happen sooner. For high-priority websites that need fast turnaround times on updates, an optional SLA agreement is available for a small additional monthly cost.
What type of businesses are Maintenance plans ideal for?
In our view every serious business needs a maintenance plan. A website is not a “set-it-and-forget-it” part of your business. It should be an integral tool that is used daily by your team and customers alike.

What happens if I want to cancel my plan?
All of our maintenance plans are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated. Should you wish to cancel your subscription you can simply log-in to your customer dashboard on our site and cancel your subscription at any time.
What happens if I want more than a content update?
If you would like to make a major alteration to your site (such as adding a new service type / adding e-commerce abilities / or new functionality), we will be happy to assist. You can simply send us an email with the specifics of what you are looking to achieve and we will discuss costings with you and advise on the best way forward.
